What? No.
When you can manipulate a person and he willfully agrees to divulge information that he wouldn't under normal circumstances, you're a social engineer.
Hackers are called social engineers if they have the uncanny ability to make people tell them their usernames,passwords and other sensitive information.

Windows Registry

The Windows Registry is the catalogue or reference source for a computer. When you open a program, the computer asks the registry details about where the program is stored. The registry stores references to settings and values for the operating system,system hardware etc. Basically, everything going out and coming into the computer is stored in the registry. It is like an index or a table of contents for a thick text book.

 Only those with a thorough knowledge of the registry should fiddle with it. Before playing with the registry, make sure that you back up your computer's data and settings. If you make a mistake while changing the registry and it isn't backed up, you might lose important information that makes your computer misbehave.

As of now the largest web archiving platform available is the Internet Archive which is trying to create an archive of the entire world wide web.It was formed by Brewster Kahle and Bruce Gilliat.
The Internet Archive uses an archive called the "Wayback Machine" to archive the world wide web.Over a period of 12 years, ever since it was started in 2001, it has managed to save over 368 Billion webpages from the web.
